Experimental: Audio narration for accessibility
Greek-era Massalia serves as the conceptual and cartographic foundation. The ancient Greek colony β modern Marseille β was the point of departure for Pytheas's legendary 325 BCE voyage into uncharted Atlantic waters.
Later, post-Greek coastlines and layers have been deliberately removed. This module focuses on the original Greek settlement geography, representing Massalia as Pytheas would have known it.
Each European Route Module is a numbered, editioned artifact. The numbering system follows the same logic as the Navigation Box Collection β limited letters, no reprints.
Edition numbering reserved.
Modules will be available via the Gaaboard Collage shop (Ecwid).
Massalia currently in Pre-Edition status.
Joining the Pytheas Project happens through purchase, support, or collaboration. When requested, your name appears on the Pytheas Connect Map β a living layer showing collectors and supporters across Europe.
Optional: QR layers can link artefact β module page β map layer, and can be activated on-site at specific locations β acting as a gateway between object, place, and the Pytheas system.
