European Route Modules

European Route Module – Editioned Cultural Artifact.

What is a Route Module?

  • A geographic node β€” built around one location along the Pytheas route system.
  • Editioned cultural artefact β€” numbered, finite, no reprints.
  • Layered material outcome β€” relief structures, limited inserts, controlled overlays.
  • Designed as a system β€” each module connects to the broader Pytheas cartographic framework.

  • If requested, the collector's name appears on the map (first name / chosen name; institutions: official name).
  • Each marker shows: name, location, mode of joining.
  • The marker is the visible trace of your participation across the route system.
